Built the product foundations and design system for an AI sales startup from day one.

Yess is an AI-first sales platform built to help teams manage outbound workflows, engagement, and lead operations at scale. We joined the company at a very early stage, working directly with the founders to design the product from the ground up. Over nearly two years of ongoing collaboration, the platform evolved from an initial concept into a mature product used by real clients and growing sales teams.
We worked on Yess from the ground up, helping shape the product’s core structure, workflows, and user experience from its earliest stages. The platform introduced entirely new ways for sales teams to manage outreach, engagement, and automation, requiring us to design flows and interactions for workflows users had never worked with before.
As the platform evolved, we designed a wide range of new features including dashboards, engagement workflows, and automation tools, while maintaining consistency across an increasingly complex product. A major part of the process was building a scalable design system that could support fast iteration, large amounts of data, and a continuously expanding set of workflows and tools without losing clarity or usability.

Our work with Yess focused on building the product from its earliest core features into a scalable platform that could continue evolving over time. Working closely with the founders and developers, we designed foundational workflows and product structures while continuously expanding the platform through fast iteration cycles driven by real user needs and evolving product direction.
This close collaboration allowed us to quickly test ideas, introduce new features, and refine the platform as new workflows, automations, and capabilities were added throughout the process.
During our collaboration, Yess evolved from an early-stage startup into a growing company with active clients, an expanding team, and a mature product used for sales engagement and outbound operations. Over time, the platform grew from a small set of core features into a complete operational system supporting multiple workflows, automations, and user interactions across the product.
Alongside the product itself, interactive prototypes created throughout the process were used in investor presentations, demos, and client meetings to help communicate new features and product direction.
Design and implementation were closely connected throughout the entire process. We worked directly with developers during regular in-office collaboration sessions, reviewing features, refining interactions, and supporting frontend implementation as the platform evolved. This close communication allowed the team to move quickly, align product decisions in real time, and maintain a strong connection between design and development as new capabilities were introduced.
