Designed AR and web experiences for a spatial real estate product ecosystem.

Sparx is an AR-powered real estate platform focused on helping users visualize interior spaces, furniture, and design concepts directly inside real environments. Our collaboration included both the core mobile AR experience and a growing set of web-based tools designed for real estate companies, sales teams, and furniture brands. Over time, the product evolved from a standalone consumer app into a broader ecosystem of B2B tools and services built around the company’s spatial technology.
One of the main challenges was designing interfaces around AR technology at a time when spatial experiences like room scanning and real-time visualization were still unfamiliar to most users. The product required users to scan physical spaces, understand measurements, navigate 3D environments, and interact with large amounts of information, all while keeping the camera view as clean and immersive as possible.
On the web side, the challenge shifted toward structuring large amounts of real estate and design data into structured product tools. Users needed to navigate between buildings, apartment layouts, room variations, design styles, furniture collections, and product details across desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces, all while fitting naturally into existing real estate sales processes.

Our work with Sparx focused on creating product-style interfaces for web experiences that were originally approached more like traditional marketing materials. Instead of treating these tools as standalone pages, we designed them using shared product patterns, structured navigation, and interface systems that could support different services, user types, and business needs over time.
Throughout the process, we worked closely with the Sparx team to test ideas, refine workflows, and adapt interfaces across mobile, tablet, and web platforms. As new partnerships and use cases were introduced, the product continued evolving through fast iterations.
We helped Sparx expand beyond a single consumer-facing mobile app into a broader set of B2B products and services built around its AR technology. The platform evolved to support collaborations with real estate companies and furniture brands through a growing ecosystem of web tools and interactive experiences.
Early product concepts and interface designs created during the initial stages of the company were also used in investor presentations that helped Sparx secure its initial funding and begin building the company’s first product and team.
We worked closely with the product and development teams at Sparx to support the implementation of our designs across mobile, desktop, and tablet devices. Throughout the process, we refined interfaces, reviewed workflows, and adapted the experience as new services and features were introduced.
